Pampering & Information Day

Tinonee (near Taree)

The day will include Presentations on Footcare, Aromatherapy/Relaxation and gentle exercise, with entertainment by Belly Dancers and Tai Chi group. Pampering includes hand, head, foot and neck massages and a podiatrist will be available for consultation.

Pampering includes hand, head, foot and neck massages and a hairdresser will be available for consultation.

Basic Footcare (Catholic Care of the Aged), Memory Loss (Dr McLean - Geriatrician), Stress Management and Relaxation (Pat Griffin), Staying Home vs Nursing Homes (Jo Varley ACAT), DVA services & entitlements (DVA), Gentle Exercises for people with disabilities and the aged (elite Fitness), Vocal Entertainment Richard Crook, Falls prevention/Tai Chi for arthritis (Mellissa Williams OT), Medication Pitfalls (Graham Kinnear -Pharmacist), Sabre Fire Alarm Program (NSW Fire Brigade).
