Tuesday 19th October For Carers from Tea Gardens to Port Macquarie Pampering & Information Day Tinonee (near Taree) The day will include Presentations on Footcare, Aromatherapy/Relaxation and gentle exercise, with entertainment by Belly Dancers and Tai Chi group. Pampering includes hand, head, foot and neck massages and a podiatrist will be available for consultation.
